Applied online and got a message a few hours later with three questions to answer. Then, I was asked for a zoom interview. It was with three man, the Chief Technology Officer, another tech guy and another man that spoke Spanish. (Can't remember their titles) I was waiting for my Spanish to be tested, since the position asked for fluency in this language, but they didn't. They were all really nice and I felt heard.
