Handed in my resume with a recruiter at the career fair at my college. After a few weeks I was contacted to have an interview. I interviewed with four managers. There were basic programming questions, should expect a technical interview.

Candidates who cleared this stage were shortlisted for a pre-HR screening round, followed by a detailed technical interview. Finally, the selected candidates attended the HR round, which focused on communication skills, personality, and overall cultural fit within the organization.
