This was the worst interview experience by far. Would like to share my interview experience in Pune. I was invited for the interview through a consultancy where they had invited approximately 120 candidate more after resume shortlisting. It started at 8AM and ended at 8 PM consisting of 6 rounds 3 written , 1 pre HR, 2 technical. After clearing all the rounds I received a call after 1 month. I went to their office and then there was another HR round and a managerial round . The managerial round was taken by an old lady who was outright rude throughout the interview. Later another HR came in and congratulated me and offering me the position with my expected package she explained me the salary breakup in detail and told me about my joining date as well and I accepted the offer. Two weeks later I contacted them just 2 days before my joining date and to my surprise HR mailed back saying they have cancelled my candidature I mailed back asking for the reason and there was only silence at the other end no reply after that. They are just two faced liars who lack work ethics and professionalism. They offered me the position apparently and later revoked the offer without even caring to inform me. Guys please consider other offers aswell even if they promise you a better overall package or you might also be a victim of their cheap tricks.
