Although I met the experience criteria for this entry-level role, I was rejected due to “lack of experience,” which was disappointing. This raises questions about the alignment between the job description and the company’s expectations. Clearer expectations and feedback would benefit future candidates. This role was advertised as entry level but I was rejected with 3 years of professional experience.
