the initial screening was by phone with an hr member then booked an interview with doc. this was done within one week apart. there was 2 doc/nursing staff present during interview

People who interviewed me is nice and understanding when they see me very nervous. They let me take more time if I needed to rephrase my sentence. It is my first interview, so this really help ease my anxiety. The manager is very nice when they know this is my first interview.
