I applied online and got call from Yell’s Recruitment Team (Steph). So, after a quick phone call about my expectations and aspirations after coming off from maternity leave, Steph set up an interview with the Head of Client Service.
My interview was competency based, but felt extremely friendly and informal; which really made the whole experience a happy one.
From the first phone call with Steph, through to interviews with the Head of Client Service - Elaine & Richard this has been the best recruitment process I've experienced (and not just because I got the job): All involved have been very friendly, approachable, and their passion for Yell is truly contagious.

the interview process was quick and easy. they offered me a good understanding of the business from the start. the interview was on a teams call and it lasted just over an hour
