The interview is conducted very fairly and accordingly to established HR rules. Candidate is asked questions about his/her goals, experiences and analytical abilities are also checked. Overall, HR manager tries to create friendly atmosphere

I was asked to the interview in the morning and was interviewed by 2 people though mainly it was the head of the division that interviewed me. I think it had friendly enviroment and staff. At least that is what is believe as a first impression.
