Entrevista
First you get a call from a recruiter and they will ask you questions about yourself, work history, school plans (you are not able to attend school while working this position), they will also ask you if you are comfortable with high volume cold calling and what keeps you motivated, they also ask what your job searches are other than Yelp. If you pass, they will schedule you a video interview with a hiring manager where you will listen to real recorded calls and role play as if you were calling a real local business and they have you go on yelp.com and pick one out (to see if you’re able to navigate).

Entrevista
Interview was smooth. I was given good information about pay, culture, and what is expected of an inside sales representative on typical day. I was also allowed to ask question.
Everyone was super nice and very clearly proud of Yelp culture. The communication was quick and clear on expectations of the interview and onboarding process. Both the recruiter and the hiring managers were very insightful about the business and offered great feedback to my mock call.

They had me run through a mock sales call twice with feedback in between.
It was okay, the salary is quite low and does not match the market for similar roles. I think that the actual interview is not hard, but it is hard to stay motivated knowing the salary number.
