First one was a phone interview. Standard questions, tell me about yourself, strengths/weaknesses etc. Gave more information about the job. Make around 80 cold calls a day and the weekly sales goal is two accounts. Second interview was via Skype and had role-play and situational questions. Spoke to three managers separately. The first we went through the process of setting up an appointment. Second we worked on responding to a customer who decided to use a different advertising company. The third had no role-play, just asked some more personal questions. For the first two managers they gave feedback and each successive manager asked what that feedback was.
