Was first called my recruiter to set up a time. First round interview was over the phone - approximately 15 to 20 minutes where they asked the general "why sales, what makes you a good candidate question". Second interview was held over skype - interviewed with two members of upper management as well as original recruiter. Did role playing exercise for a cold call and talked about self.

Entrevista
Brief phone screen followed by 15-minute call with recruiter. Call was extremely scripted, they go through the questions quickly and are clearly just doing these back to back. High focus on your ability to meet quotas, deadlines, and SELL above all else. If you are truly passionate about restaurants/small businesses, take your passion elsewhere.
