The phone interview was a simple screening call that went over the particulars of the role and of the business, as well as asked basic questions about my application. They also wanted to gauge how I spoke on the phone, since this was a phone sales position. The call took about 30 minutes, and they followed up with an in-person interview later that week. While at the office I spoke to 2 different managers and 2 lead sales people. All the questions were standard interview questions, and were not challenging in the least. After I asked my questions they hired me on the spot and took me on a tour of the office. The whole interview (plus the office tour) took about 2 hours.
