Very transactional approach to finding candidates, They are interested in learning if you can do the job exactly as described, Was asked to prepare a slide deck and roleplay both sales calls and manager reviews very straight forward.
Call screen with recruiter (very high level regarding resume and goals), panel interview with two Directors or sales managers (more nuanced about management style, your history and hypothetical situations), then a final conversation with the Regional Vice President of Sales.

The interview was much shorter and informal than I expected. There was a lot of talk about their culture and team work. Also many personal questions instead of questions regarding experience.
