After having the interview with the Founder, he sent me a task and I completed in detail and professionally. Despite I have previous experience I had to apply for jobs as an intern. He didn't even show the pleasure to inform me of the result and say thank you. I sent an email to ask if there are any updates, but I didn't receive any answer. One month later he asked if I am available and I replied to learn the roles details but couldn't receive an answer again. Three months later from another employee I received an email that says thank you for my application for the internship role and three tasks (I have to choose one) that I need to complete. The meaningless part of this email was: 1) I already completed an interview with the Founder four months ago and a task. 2) You sent me a new task like I never did before and the submission date of the task is for two weeks before. What is the aim of always opening a new internship role and collecting tasks from the candidates? It was an unethical and disrespectful experience.
