Entrevista
The interview process was thorough and well-managed, with the timeline being communicated at the beginning and the team being very responsive throughout. I interviewed with 7 people across multiple rounds as follows:
1. Short, straightforward data analysis exercise
2. Interview to discuss my background, career goals, etc.
3. Data analysis and writing exercise that was more involved than the first and more open-ended. Representative of what the role entails and given a week to complete it.
4. Interview to discuss my previous role/experience
5. Final round interviews with 5 members of the team including a review of my assignment, a data-related case study, and behavioral/fit questions.
Overall a pleasant experience, and everyone was very friendly. The team was also able to move the process along quickly during the holiday season.

Entrevista
The interviewing process was well conducted, it took ~2 months between the first recruiter contact and when I received the final answer. In general they were pleasant interviews, I had one experience that was a little bit more intimidating but the person is no longer at the company. The cases they deliver are not extremely hard, but require attention and effort, considering they always gave me at least 1 week to deliver I could use my weekend for doing it.

Entrevista
I interviewed an HR representative from China and because of the language barrier, she couldn't answer simple questions related to career trajectory, and division of labor within the team. She also refused to explain the possible career path within the company. All in all, it was a waste of time.
