The interview process was relatively long (~6-8 weeks), but pretty straightforward. I first had initial interviews with a VP and then a Director from the Product Development team, followed by a take-home assignment. The take-home assignment included 2 prompts and I was given about a week to submit my response. The prompts were thoughtful and engaging real world examples of problems likely to be faced in the role. After submitting my responses, I had a debrief call with the VP and Director to discuss my work. Then was advanced to the group interview stage where I interviewed with teams of 2 from multiple departments.
