Entrevista
The recruiting team was kind and helpful. The technical team may not be one that will be helpful for your career. It seems that they have a very specific and not open-minded set of answers they want from the candidates. They won't assess people on their ability to think critically, research, thought process, or provide quality work. Part of me feels relief from the rejection since I don't see myself growing professionally in this kind of rigid environment and negative experiences taken from the current and former employees speak volumes
A very lengthy and time-consuming process with 5 stages: (1) pre-screen with 1 assignment, (2) 30-minute phone call, (3) a more complex and longer take-home assignment, (4) marathon interview, (5) references check
Stage 3 was the most time-consuming and wasted one. Only when I followed up 12 days after submission that the team start to review my work. Came back with more questions and ad-hoc analysis. Finally, they rejected my candidacy due to a logical answer was "not correct". So, be prepared to spend a significant time trying to find the "correct" answers that fit theirs.
