The interview process was very thorough. First was a phone screen, then a quick exercise, followed by an interview, a case study, a case presentation, a panel of interviews and finally reference checks

First round was a quick data analysis screener, followed by behavioral interviews, followed by a 5 day take home case interview that involves generating insights from a large dataset, then presenting my findings during the next interview, and a final round set of interviews.
