Had a really informative conversation with HR and was excited about the process - though they did inform me there would be a total of 5 interviews. Thought I absolutely nailed the second interview, but they got back to me and said I didn't have specific enough experience. They basically wanted someone who worked at another Yoga magazine... even though I'm a writer and a yoga teacher.

Very through and in depth questions from intervieewer. Natural flow to the conversation to cover all tasks required and prior background to ensure good fit both ways. Overall fairly easy and straightforward interview.
