I applied for the role via Linked-in and was contacted by someone within a few days. I then did my initial Skype interview with the Talent Manager and from there I interviewed a few days later with the Regional Manager via Skype as well.
Both interviews were very laid back in structure and I felt super comfortable speaking to those I interviewed with. This gave me the opportunity to answer my questions truthfully and thoroughly without feeling the pressure you may feel while interviewing in an office environment. It was a unique experience I really enjoyed speaking to them.
My final interview was a Skype panel interview with another Regional Manager, CEO and VP of Sales. I answered 3 pre-determined scenario questions that I was able to prepare for before hand. I was then asked questions regarding my scenarios as well as general questions. I then had time to ask them questions as well. This seems intimidating and it is, but everyone is very encouraging and supportive. Throughout the process you will realize how excited and invested everyone is in Y6 and it will make you really excited to even be considered for the opportunity!

There was an initial phone interview and then I met the studio owner in person to learn more about the position. They were very warm and welcoming and the studio had a good feeling about it. They seemed to be under a fair amount of sales pressure from corporate.

They really were looking for an experienced fitness sales person rather than a general manager. Applicants should understand sales techniques and be able to demonstrate them in role play situations.

Phone interview with a manager in another location. She couldn't answer specific questions about the position or how it connected to the bigger picture. She rushed the conversation and never contacted me after the fact. I got the sense that this place only hires people they already have recruited as studio members.
