First interview with talent recruiter. Talk about yourself and your experience. Talk about what kind of environment you work best in. 30 minute call. Pleasant, didn’t feel like an interrogation.

Had a screening interview and was then rejected. Asked for feedback three times with regards to where I fell down but got nothing but silence. I possessed all the necessary skills and experience for the position at hand but it honestly felt like they lost all interest when they found out my age, which was a shame as I was really keen on the position and absolutely loved the product. Really believed I could have taken it to the next level.
