It's a 4 step process. initial interview where they give you a skills test, and final interview where you get to talk to an HR. School requirements documents are the 3rd step (if it's a course requirement) and the last step is deployment.

I applied through e-mail. HR sent a technical exam and then when you pass, there would be a final HR interview. Exam consists of basic OOP concepts using C# with some algorithms involved.
