Very easy and chill. 1st interview: No HR interview - the person interviewing was the head of the deparment and the one that would be your boss, were you to get the job. She was very kind in answering questions, and even arranged an additional conversation with another employee in the same position so I could hear more about the day-today. 2nd interview: An interview based on a case you prepared before hand. It was basicailly about interpreting some graphs and writing conclusions/headers for each slide.
