HR interview Code challenge After first interview I was invited to collaborate on a GitHub repo. After completing steps detailed there, I was ghosted for a month. At the end I received a generic rejection email without any feedback.

YouGov wants to maintain a smart and nice culture. With that, the interview process is long, and expect a few interviews than just one. There will be a technical interview at first, questions are very common interview questions for the position. The other questions are situational. Situations include testing if the candidate is genuinely a 'nice' member in a team, diligent and how important team communication is to you. You are expected to be very communicative. Ask questions, and they love to answer them. You are expected to be independent as well, they will give a situation where the answer is not obvious but will test how you handle yourself when the 'manager' is not around.
