Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela YouTech (San Francisco, CA) em dez. de 2015
Entrevista
Applied thru linkedin. Got an email from recruiter and set up a time to talk. Discussed about the opening and my skill set and set up a time for technical screen. Interviewer sounded very welcoming and professional, discussed several things and discussion went beyond the scheduled time talking about the set up of environment to following dev. practices et al. Promised to update the recruiter for follow-up but never heard from since.

Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela YouTech (San Francisco, CA) em ago. de 2015
Entrevista
I applied thru LinkedIn. The hiring manager contacted me. They did the first round on Phone. I casually followed up after 2 days to which the hiring manager responded after a week and called me for a in-person round. I went on time. After almost 20 mins of wait the hiring manager came to meet me. They made me meet 3 more people and everybody had same questions which was kind of stupid. They could have done a panel interview for same questions. Any how the interview lasted for 3.5 hours and the hiring manager said every body looks positive and i should hear from her in next 2 days. No follow up from their end happened. On my follow up twice she responded they have decided to move an internal candidate. I dont know why did they waste my time, effort and money?

The interview process was not standard and horrible to an extent. The VP of Engineering called me up for the technical phone screen and put me on hold for 3 minutes in between. Then, in the onsite interview I got interviewed by a guy who passed out 2 years later than me. Just because, he wanted to be on the interviewee seat, VP allowed him to interview me.
He did not even know what to ask and eventually it ended up that I interviewed him by asking lot many questions than he asked me.
Got an offer but no way in my dream I would join such company, had 10 times better offers in my hands.
CONS: Office in the dead end of the earth, Poor company culture, unenthusiastic people, out dated technology and horrible people.
