Email asking me about my interests, asking me to describe previous projects and so on. Phone Interview asking me basic software engineering questions. On-Site interview, whiteboard tests, logic puzzles. I then had a tour of the office by one of the interviewers, all around, a pleasant experience.

Applied online. Went through a quick phone interview with HR, invited to the office to carry out a technical interview. Interviewers were very relaxed, positive and encouraging - asked me high-level tech questions. I chose to use the whiteboard so that I could draw out my solution. Interviewers also took me on a tour of the office, which I thought was a nice touch. I'd recommend applying, great company.
