I waited for about an hour to be interviewed, the front desk had to keep calling the manager to remind her I was waiting. I was interviewed by the manager along with the assistant manager, who barely spoke. I was asked basic questions and expected a background check. About a week later I was called with a legal assistant offer starting as part time with minimum wage an hour. When I started I was given a lot of information by the manager and had to bring back a lot of paperwork ( forms). After that I was put to shadow other paralegals who were very new and were not the best at explaining what they were doing.
