Spoke to someone from HR on the phone first, and was then offered an interview subsequently. It was a very long interview (1.5hours), and the questions were very personal, where they asked questions about background, childhood, and how these related to working style etc. It felt like too much/too personal for a job interview.

Was offered an interview by this company- and was not updated by HR (I think only one lady deals with their HR) when my interview was or what date. I sent multiple follow-up emails and she stopped responding. Avoid like the plague if I were you! How you are treated during the interview process shows what sort of company they are! Look after your candidates :)
