This process was a complete waste of time. The recruiter initially reached out to me on LinkedIn, yet the experience later felt as though I was chasing them for the role.
The interview process dragged on for nearly two months and involved four stages. I passed every round, including an “assessment” that required creating webinar presentation slides for the CEO. I was then asked to complete an additional assessment so the CEO could further “test” me, which should have been a clear red flag.
When the final interview with the CEO was scheduled, she failed to attend the first meeting without notice. At the rescheduled interview, she arrived 15 minutes late and spent the call eating, which felt unprofessional and dismissive.
After all of this, feedback was delayed for another two weeks, only to be told I was not selected. In hindsight, that outcome was a relief. The experience did not align with the ethical standards the company publicly promotes, and the process reflected a lack of respect for candidates’ time.
