I went in for an open interview. It was about a 5-10 minute interview with a manager that mostly involved filling out the application and chatting about experience and availability.

Simple and straight forward process. Turn in applications to a manager and set up a date. Don't call during busy hours to follow up. Manager was very nice and straight forward during interview. Asked normal questions based on application (availability, interest level, etc).
