Due to the high turn-over rate, YV is always conducting interviews. You are first called from the headquarters in Nashville to obtain the preliminary information. You are then called by the local office to set up an in-person interview. Interview was basically a run down of what the program entails. As long as you pass a background and drug test, you will most likely get hired because they are so desperate for people

The interview process everyone was nice, questions are straight to the point, interviewer was eager to answer any questions I had overall great experience. I would recommend this company to future candidates
