There were basically 3 rounds. Round 1- Written test It was quite easy, basic logical and reasoning questions were asked. Round 2- F2F Here they basically tested your convincing and interpersonal skills. Round 3- F2F with Founder

Aptitude,gd,pi.....interview with the co-founder....situational questions according to the profile....Analytical questions,...questions like how to handel a client in some particular given situation...what u think about operations job profile..are u a target driven person or not...how to improve customer relations.....and questions related to forex....
