Corroborating the above review for Recruiter position. 1st & 2nd round interview conducted remotely. For 2nd round interview, there were supposed to be two people but only one showed up. Positive experience nevertheless.
Final stage entailed a presentation with the candidate required to present on-site.
The recruiter informed the candidate that there was a delay in the recruitment process, but provided no further updates, feedback or rejection.
The Recruiter seemed nice, however the overall lack of communication, updates and rejection (despite chasing) let the process down and turned a what would have been a positive experience into an unfortunately negative one.
While being unsuccessful is ok, it creates closure for both the company and the candidate. This type of "ghosting" behavior gives recruiters a negative perception. We must do better and ensure the loop is closed for all parties involved,

Both were easy and went well, no offer letter tho, got rejection 5 days post interview. I simply applied on Indeed, got a mail saying I seem like a great match for the role then I got a mail to select timeslot for my online interview.
