I was disappointed to not be called in for my interview at the specified time(we had arranged a phone appointment with each other.). I had made sure to be available at the agreed upon time and was looking forward to the opportunity to speak with her. She didn't even replay my email.I think it's not a professional approach at all.I hope that steps will be taken to ensure punctuality in the future.
