Initial phone screen with standard questions. The job posting is misleading and does not represent what the actual duties are. Person doing the phone screen is not an actual Z57 employee which is misleading as well. I will be warning business colleagues in real estate not to do business with Z57. Not an transparent company.

I had a scheduled 30 minute phone interview to hear more about the company. It was even confirmed and apparently on the interviewer's calendar. No call, no email, nothing. Highly unprofessional, but glad my time was not wasted.
