First Stage: Phone interview for about 30 minutes
Second Stage: In person interview with plant manager. Started with plant tour, then technical and behavioural based questions/scenarios. I have been through many interviews in my career, this was the most unprofessional in all. So much distraction during interview. Manager was on the phone and even he went outside during interview. Integrity is the key for respected and successful organization, I didn’t see during my interview process.
