Three steps (Phone Screen, Microsoft Teams, On-Site) Very disorganized with scheduling interviews. No contact from recruiter after final interview. You should at least have the courage to call or send an email saying I didn’t get the job. Complete waste of time and energy.

Interviewed by ~10 people throughout the day. Sometimes with 1 interviewer and sometimes with 2. Started the day at 8 am and ended around 5. It was pretty exhausting.
