It was done through a staffing agency so it was difficult to be in contact and discuss the position one on one with the hiring manager. There was a bit of a barrier between the hiring manager and myself. Otherwise the interview itself was fairly simple. There was an initial phone screening done by the headhunter and then shortly after an in-person interview.
