got the job through a temp agency AEROTEC. the interview was short and simple. The interview involved and a one on one with a recruiter in which I was asked basic background questions , filled out a short application and took a long questionnaire and basic math and reading tests.

They ask how much experience u have and just confirm everything u put on application is right then they ask what shift and talk a little bit about ur hobbies. And they they will tell u they will give u a call.
