Interviewed with Recruiter, interviewed with hiring manager, Interviewed the Hiring Manager's Peer Manager. The remote interviews lasted 30 minutes. each. They were all executed using Microsoft Teams using a Audio and Visual Format. This whole process was a Filler Interview Process! They seemed have a candidate already decided on most likely internally or pre-preferred. The interview with the recruiter was fine. The interview with the hiring manager : he showed real dis-interest and opened with no real introduction or greeting. Instead he blurted out he only has 1/2 hour and then has a meeting with HR. He passed on to his manager peer who was the coldest person I have ever met and did not smile at all during the whole interview process. His questions were set up with a no win right answer, to find out what your weaknesses are .
