I applied through my college placement. There were 4 rounds in total. The first round was aptitude, followed by an automatic interview, case interview and HR interview. The aptitude test was fairly lengthy for the amount of time, hence you need to be prepared to pass the sectional cutoffs. There were 5 sections: critical reasoning, verbal ability, attention to details, quantitative aptitude and DI/LR. Then after elimination from the first round, the second round was a video interview with computer generated questions. Most of them were HR; few were also guesstimates. After further elimination, students reached for the case study round which was more inclined to data crunching than understanding your business sense. The interview went pretty smooth; the consultant was really helpful and guided me throughout. After this, the last round was HR where general questions were asked regarding my background, strengths, experience etc.
