Entrevista
I got referred to ZS through a friend. First phone interviews was with the HR, generic questions about myself and background. Followed by two phone interviews, one technical and the other functional. Questions were related to commercial operations and MDM. Then they scheduled another technical round in which we deep dived into my technical know how (aligned to pharma sales and marketing work)
Then I was called for an interview in the Princeton office which involved
1. A generic discussion on the nature of work as an associate consultant.
2. A panel discussion where they gave me a pharma case study to solve in an hour and present it to the panel
3. Technical/ functional interview to review my analytical skills
4. Behavioral interview with questions in the theme of "tell me about a time when"
It was a pleasant and professional interaction throughout and a good experience overall.
I did not get an offer because they wanted someone with deeper expertise in pharma sales and marketing domain.

I applied online and got an invite for an interview within 3 days of sending the application. There was one behavioural interview and one case based interview. Typical behavioural questions were asked (teamwork, leadership etc) and also questioned about why consultancy, why now. There was a lot of maths in the case study - be prepared for this
