I had applied for BOA, Delhi (Gurgaon location) in Feb 2020, received test details in March, completed the test in March and received HR call in September 2020, delay maybe due to COVID hiring freeze.
Test was pretty simple, kind off like CAT examination questions, LR sets were pretty much previous year CAT question. Though, I didn't have PSDD and Video recording interview round back in March 2020. (Try to attempt all questions, they don't have negative marking, but each section has individual cutoffs.)
In September, I received call for my profile, HR discussed brief over-view about myself, Tell me about yourself?, Why ZS?, Why BOA? and one guesstimate question i.e Estimate white Swift Dzires in Delhi NCR in a day.
Post that about 6 days later, i had my zoom interviews, Case study was on Talview, 60 mins set, quite easy yet intuitive, with somewhat calculation and business acumen is required, but it's really low at acumen part. Had this round at round 8 AM-9AM.
Post that, case debrief from 13:00 to 13:45, discussing my approach, basically received positive feedback about my answers. Interviewer had also asked a puzzle (Refer Geeksforgeeks puzzle list about first 50's odd are important).
Post this, had my final round at around 15:00 hrs, last only 27 mins, don't know why....I expected atleast 45 mins round. I guess, interviewer was forced to take my interview, i had expected many HR questions, puzzles. Alas!! Fate plays an important part.
At the end wasn't selected :(. Even after positive feedback for case, where almost all case questions were correct, where even the interviewer said, " its seems you have done everything, is there anything left so that we can discuss ". Maybe Gap year (Prepared for CAT last year and then corona happened, huge gap of almost 18 months) can be a big issue for them, and one changing one's industry from Coding to consulting another.
Prepare Quant, LrDI, VA from Any bank or CAT exam books, questions level were kind off like E-Litmus exam level.
Guesstimates, Ample questions available on youtube, google, quora, use these resources.
HR questions, use Google, i got around 40 Hr questions, well only 4 from them were asked,
Puzzles, use Google, Geeksfor Geeks, and Youtube, common ZS/other companies Interview puzzles.
AND DO APPLY USING REFERRALS. ELSE CHANCES ARE YOUR PROFILE MAYBE GET LOST SOMEWHERE. ANYONE WILL GIVE YOU REFERRALS.
