Unstructured Case - 1st part was about a project I led/supported in a lot of detail and asked about things I would change or improve if I were to do it again -2nd part was about opening a coffee shop and what things to consider (very conversational with my interviewer) 4. Structured Case - Hardest one for me. I have a background in engineering and don't know too much about growing a struggling business.
