I applied through campus recruitment process. The process consists of 3 rounds Aptitude test, Case study followed by an interview and then behavioral interview. Aptitude test consists easy questions one should not practice these if already taken CAT coaching. Around 34 students were shortlisted out of 150 applicants. After that we were called to their Gurgaon office for interview. In case study round we were given a 15 page long case which was followed by some questions and the time allotted was 30 mins followed by a interview where the interviewer grilled me to the core of the case.You need basic aptitude to crack this interview and a very basic knowledge of SQL.it went for around 45 minutes. After that i was called for the behavioral interview in which basic questions about personality, some puzzles and situational questions were asked.In total they recruited 7 persons out of which 3 of us are from BTA track.
