Entrevista
The process generally consists to an aptitude test followed by group discussion and interviews, but for us they only took the test and the interviews. Each round is an elimination round. The aptitude test was quite easy. Out of the 120 people that aplied, 35 were selected for interviews which were held in Gurgaon.
Interviews were conducted in 3 rounds.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
