Entrevista
The process was long and took about 2 months, The initial interview was a phone screening. Second interview was a group interview. There were 3 to 4 people interviewing me at the same time. One of the persons was the HR representative the other were business development and marketing people. The final interview was with the CEO. This was primarily a meet the new hire interview as the decision had been made. The CEO spent about 15 minutes with me and allowed me to ask 2 questions.

A few general questions about my resume then, lots of time focused on how I would find information that was not available to the general public.
The interview is not too intense, normal interview and in full english. There will be 3 interview (HR - User - BOD). I think the difficulty is moderate. But make sure you have a good basic in telecommunication.

Entrevista
Introduce yourself, and then ask you some questions about why ZTE, why this position, or some behavior questions. Also, they will test your English. It was overall a nice experience, not so much pressure.
