The interview experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that I am still learning and growing in my career, but that does not justify being judged or treated disrespectfully. During the interview, I was told things like, “I don’t think you’re a good candidate,” yet they were the ones who chose to interview me in the first place. They also mentioned that they “shouldn’t have interviewed” me and that the session was a waste of time, while not even allowing me to fully explain my experience. I was questioned about why they should hire me because my background was supposedly “different,” despite having previous recruiter experience. Overall, this was the worst interview experience I’ve had.
