Introductory call, technical screen sharing session, then a take home assignment. They said the take home assignment would only take a few hours, but based on the requirements, that wasn't true. Waited 2 weeks for feedback on the project, but only received an email saying they were moving forward with other candidates. If the company is going to ask applicants to spend their own valuable time on a take home project, the bare minimum the company can do in return is provide feedback on said project.
