The recruitment process began with an aptitude and multiple-choice questionnaire round to assess basic analytical and technical knowledge. This was followed by a practical task involving UI design. After successfully completing the task, I received an email requesting further clarification regarding my submission. Overall, the process was relatively straightforward, practical, and well-suited for evaluating hands-on skills required for this type of role.
Filtration by location, then MCQ on aptitude , oop, and frontend / backend based test with a technical interview, then assessment on the choosen field like frontend/ backend...still I guess I have some more rounds
