In general it cool and easy
- pre-screen :
interview with HR or leader
soft skill cultural fit
- codility (time-boxed coding task)
- 3 independent tech interviews
- codility review: so pls save a test task and your result / try to find improvement point and what has done well or wrong
- general tech . So it depends on the skill set. for backenders and full devops, sre , aws , kubernates is a big +
- architecture: it is a system design where conditions and features will be changing while you will do design

For frontends :
- How the browser works. repaint reflow events etc . ?
intial call with recruiter and then a coding assessment test. coding was leetcode medium level questions. after that was a live coding interview. for approx 1 hour and then a systems design interview for designing a payment system.

Entrevista
The interviewer was looking desperately tired and unfocused. Didn't join the interview on time. I had to find someone else to ping him to join.
The questions were generic and related. However, it took 2 weeks for the interviewer to send the results of a basic questionnaire to move forward.
I was overall hugely disappointed with that.
